Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your orders within:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Note: Delivery time may vary slightly due to Public holidays Weather conditions Courier delays

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are fixed as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
• Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT

These charges will be added at checkout.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you via phone call or SMS to confirm your order.

Please ensure:

• You respond to confirmation calls

Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.

Delivery Process

• Orders are processed after confirmation
• Products are handed over to our delivery partner
• You will receive your product at your given address

• Courier will attempt delivery at your address
• If you are unavailable, they may contact you again
